Postcards
(I'm not going to say it - just assume they're from the edge)
A way to make small pieces of art. Great for experimenting and actualizing ideas. They are being sent to people all over the world, the stamps and postmarks (as well as any bends folds or mutilations) become part of the art.
Art is for everyone... Contact me if you would like to be on the list to have a card sent to you.
BTW Each postcard will be hot off the press! These are all new works created almost daily. So it may take a few weeks before you get your card.
Track where these mini-size artworks end up.

If you have received a postcard from me there is an opportunity to actively participate in the art-making. I have created a blog post called 'Postcards" - It will also be listed in the categories so you will be able to find it easily. Once you receive your post card, come and post in the comments in the Postcard blog. This will serve 2 purposes (1) I will know that you received the card and (2) it will create a forum for new art.
I DON'T want you to comment that you liked, loved, or hated the postcard... I really don't even want you to mention the card. What I DO want you to do is post something you have done that is artistic... Let's call it an art conversation... examples: painting, drawing, sculpture, etc; or maybe a room you decorated, a poem or quote, or analogy that you are especially proud of; food you cooked, your garden, a flower, etc... The only thing I ask is that it is something you did, not the work of someone else. Let's see what you've got!
Don't say you're not artistic... I'm not asking you to paint the Sistine Chapel.

Ok a slight revision: comment on the blog can only be comments, writing, so post your literary work as a comment on the blog and post any visual endeavors on the Facebook Page - Postcard Conversations.
I will later post them on the blog.
